Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased on the Sandalwood Intelligence Platform at sandalwood.growbetterindia.com, operated by Grobet India Agrotech Pvt Ltd.
Our Products
The Sandalwood Intelligence Platform is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) product offering subscription-based access to scientific plantation design tools, investment calculators, crop databases, and downloadable reports. We offer four tiers:

Refund Policy
Full Refund — Within 7 Days
You are eligible for a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
- You have NOT downloaded any investor-grade PDF reports (Premium/Enterprise tier)
- You have NOT exported any plantation blueprint PDFs (Standard tier and above)
- You have NOT accessed more than 3 crop yield databases in full detail
If you meet all the above conditions, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Partial Refund — 8 to 30 Days
If you request a refund between 8 and 30 days of purchase:
- We will review your usage on a case-by-case basis
- If usage has been minimal (no reports generated, limited tool access), we may offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription
- If significant platform features have been accessed (reports downloaded, multiple scenarios saved, advisory call used), a refund may not be applicable
No Refund — After 30 Days
Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date are generally not eligible for refund. Exceptions may be considered in extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion.
Enterprise Tier
Enterprise subscriptions are governed by individual agreements. Refund terms for Enterprise customers are as specified in your signed agreement. Contact ml@feedbacknfc.com for Enterprise refund inquiries.
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Email: Send a cancellation request to ml@feedbacknfc.com with subject line “Subscription Cancellation — [Your Email]”
- Account Settings: Log in to your account → Settings → Subscription → Cancel (when available)
- WhatsApp: Message +91 78999 10288 with your registered email and cancellation request
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access to your paid tier features until the expiry date
- After expiry, your account reverts to the Explorer (Free) tier
- Your saved scenarios and account data are retained for 90 days after downgrade, in case you wish to resubscribe
- After 90 days, saved scenarios from paid features may be archived
Auto-Renewal
- All paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each annual billing period
- We will send a renewal reminder email 15 days before your renewal date
- You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date to avoid charges
- If you cancel after auto-renewal has been processed, the standard refund policy (7-day window) applies to the new billing period
Payment Methods
- India: Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets)
- International: Stripe (credit/debit cards, international payment methods)
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless the USD pricing option is selected
- GST (18%) is applicable for Indian customers and will be added at checkout
- International transactions are subject to currency conversion rates at the time of payment

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to a different account or payment method.
How to Request a Refund

- Include:
- Your registered name and email
- Date of purchase
- Subscription tier purchased
- Reason for refund request
- Transaction ID or payment reference (if available)
We will acknowledge your refund request within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 3-5 business days of approval.
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. In the following cases, we may offer refunds or credits outside the standard policy:
- Technical issues: If the Platform was inaccessible or non-functional for an extended period during your subscription, we may offer a pro-rata credit or extension
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same subscription, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately upon verification
- Unauthorized transactions: If you believe an unauthorized transaction was made on your account, contact us immediately and we will investigate
What Is NOT Refundable
- Free (Explorer) tier — no payment, no refund applicable
- Advisory consultation fees — once a consultation session has been conducted, it is not refundable
- Enterprise custom development or integration work — governed by separate agreements
- Subscription time already consumed before cancellation request
Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision:
- Email ml@feedbacknfc.com with “Refund Dispute” in the subject line
- We will review your case within 48 hours and provide a final decision
- If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India as specified in our Terms of Service
