  • Account Registration: Full name, email address, phone number, country of residence, investor type (NRI/Domestic/Corporate/JV)
  • Consultation Requests: Your name, contact details, investment goals, land details, and any questions or messages you submit through the consultation form
  • Subscription & Payment: Payment information processed securely through Razorpay (India) and Stripe (International). We do NOT store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or UPI IDs on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by our payment processors.
  • Platform Usage: Land area inputs, soil selections, plantation model choices, scenario configurations, and saved scenarios within the tools

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Analytics Data: Pages visited, features used, models viewed, time spent on platform (via Google Analytics)
  • Device Information: Browser type, device type, operating system, screen resolution
  • IP Address: Used for approximate geographic location and security purposes
  • Cookies: Session cookies for authentication and preferences. Analytics cookies for platform improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and personalize the Plantation Designer and Investment Calculator tools
  • Generate customized investment reports (PDF) based on your inputs
  • Process subscription payments and manage your account
  • Respond to consultation requests and advisory inquiries
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, payment confirmations, report delivery)
  • Send educational content and platform updates (only with your consent — you can unsubscribe anytime)
  • Improve the platform through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics

We will NEVER:

  • Share your individual investment scenarios or financial inputs with anyone outside our advisory team

  • Payment Processors: Razorpay and Stripe — solely for processing your subscription payments. They operate under their own privacy policies.
  • Analytics Providers: Google Analytics and Mixpanel — for aggregated, anonymized platform usage data. No personally identifiable financial data is shared.
  • Our Advisory Team: If you book a consultation or submit an inquiry, your contact details and stated investment interests are shared with the Indian Sandalwood Clusters advisory team to respond to your request.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We do NOT share your data with land sellers, nurseries, plantation operators, or any third-party investment promoters.

4. Data Storage & Security

  • Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Firebase/Google Cloud) with encryption at rest and in transit
  • Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication with OTP verification
  • We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, encrypted databases, and access controls
  • Payment data never touches our servers — it flows directly to Razorpay/Stripe

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
  • Correct: Update or correct inaccurate information in your account
  • Delete: Request deletion of your account and all associated data. Email ml@feedbacknfc.com with subject “Data Deletion Request”
  • Export: Download your saved scenarios and generated reports
  • Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email
  • Withdraw Consent: Revoke consent for data processing (this may limit platform functionality)

6. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: Data retained as long as your account is active
  • Deleted accounts: Personal data deleted within 30 days of deletion request. Anonymized analytics data may be retained.
  • Consultation inquiries: Contact details retained for 12 months after last interaction unless you request earlier deletion
  • Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law

7. Cookies

We use:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for login, session management, and platform functionality. Cannot be disabled.
